A National Supermarket

How StoryShare helped a national supermarket digitise and improve nationwide training

Overview

A National Supermarket

One of the leading supermarket chains in the country, with more than 145,000 dedicated colleagues serving more than 18 million customers in store every week. With tens of thousands of employees working in stores spread right across the country, training and supporting this disparate workforce was a big job. The supermarket chain ran a pilot with StoryShare Learn to digitise, improve nationwide training efficiency, and encourage more store colleagues to engage with learning and communications resources to be better informed, engaged and upskilled. They also wanted to improve the onboarding experience for new starters and all internal job transitions for frontline staff. Company-wide upskilling and the enablement and success of streamlined work across multiple job families within the corporation.
