For those of you who are unaware of the Fosway 9-Grid and who Fosway actually are, they’re the number one HR Industry Analysts in Europe.
Fosway provide an independent analysis of the learning systems market, looking at all vendors through the following five lenses:
- Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Future Trajectory
Based on these factors, it provides a multi-dimensional understanding for the market to asses what’s really important for their needs. Top right is certainly not always the best!
What does this mean for StoryShare?
As a new entrant to the learning market (Late 2019) we’re a solid Potential Performer, which is fantastic for us and we’ve summarised why below:
- We’re a specialist and proud of it – focused on getting digital content to the frontline, deskless and mobile workers across the globe. This is something the top right quadrant continues to struggle with year after year.
- We have one of the lowest TCO – there are no hidden systems integrator costs and hefty set-up fees and we’re priced to accommodate the lower-paid, lower-skilled workers, especially in emerging markets. Everyone has the right to learning, not just those in head offices.
- Compare our position to 2020 – not even Fosway talk about the delta from previous years, however if you look at our position compared to last year, you’ll see how we’ve significantly increased our potential through focused product development in just one year.
